October 2014

So for my fourth and final blog post for today... Yikes! This is a recap of October!

G loves when Rylee Kate comes over for dinner!

The girls went to Branson for Cathryn's bachelorette party. We had a blast! We had dinner on the Landing at Cantina Laredo. Not sure how to spell that... Anyways, we stayed in a huge house at Payne Stewarts golf course. We stayed up and played some games that night, then shopped at Tanger on Saturday.

Megan and I know how to get it done.

A couple of my favorite finds were these little boxer briefs for G and raccoon slippers.

Spending one of our nights eating animal crackers, drinking juice, playing with stickers, and watching movies.

School picture!

Sunglasses day with my team

Camo day with my intern Miss Sisson

My book character pumpkin this year. We won the grand prize!!

I don't have to leave the couch when G wants more to drink. Ha!!

G is such a mommas boy. He loves to love on me!

We took G to SDC on a whim. Bran just got out of the deer woods, and we headed up there. G LOVES roller coasters!

I love my man!

G and I got to hold baby Kenton while we were at Nana's.

I also got my bangs back! When we got home that weekend, I helped host a shower, but I don't have any pictures of that. :(

Griffin still loves his trains!

This tarantula was on our front door one night. G was scarred for life that night. To this day, he checks that door for spiders every. Single. Time.

G and Rylee Kate taking a bath!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch with the Flecks. It was SO hot!!!!! We had dinner at All Aboard. Our dinner was delivered by a train! G loved it!

Just for kicks and giggles - a before and after. Two years ago and now. Oh how we've changed!

Trying in Mr. Potato Head's glasses

Helping daddy wash dishes

Kim had a little Halloween party for the kiddos. We had SO much fun!! We grilled got dogs, had a bump and jump, went in a pumpkin hunt, and set up trick or treat stations for the kids.

That night we had Trunk or Treat at our church. So fun! Griffin dressed up as Woody, and Bran and I were pirates again.

Cutest kid ever!

Classroom Tour 2014/2015

I just wanted to post a few pictures of my classroom this year! I love looking back to see how my style has changed over the years!

I still love my chair balls! And my brand new SMARTboard!

I know there are some repeats, but I can't find all my original pictures.

My clipboards out in the hallway are one if my favorite things! I spray painted them blue and hot glued them up. Bye bye paper clips! I also made a new curtain out of a yard of fabric. I changed my entire theme to Dots on Turquoise. I love the colors and patterns!

September Photo Dump

I'm trying to think back to September.... All I know for sure is getting back into the swing of school was hard! It's always such a busy time of year!

G practicing his swag.

Momma getting in on it. Hahaha!!

Working at school with momma.

Hanging out with Rida and Wendy at Jason and Felicia's rehearsal dinner.

Brandon has a fun family!

The wedding party

My little model baby!

I love my boys!!

Dinner date with Rylee Kate.

Ready to go see Nana! G spent the night with Nana, while Brandon and I spent the night at Crystal Cove BB in Branson. We had a wonderful night away!

The next day we took Cathryn and Tyler to SDC. So fun!

Taking selfies before school one morning.

I used the website petsintheclassroom.org to get a grant to get a leopard gecko in my classroom. Brandon named him Leonard. My friend across the hall followed suit and named hers Sheldon! Bahahaha!

G and I were SO excited when we were finally moved in to our new apartment!! We are living in a basement apartment. Above us are our dear friends Kim and Dan. They are the best landlords!

This is the banner I made for our fireplace. It sums up how I feel about our new living arrangements! We are so blessed to have a safe, clean, and spacious place to live while we save for a down payment for our next house.

The girls at work took the kiddos to the zoo. It was SO hot, but we had a great time!

G was THRILLED to ride the train. This was about nap time however, and he had a melt down when getting off.

Griffin and Keller were wiped out afterwards. I love these precious boys!

Practicing his modeling. Ha!

I'm loving this stage of life. We are not where we wanted to be as far as having a house, but it's amazing how everything has fallen into place. What God had in store for us was so much better than what we had hoped for ourselves. In thankful I realize that now!
